
The Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, has commissioned the 6km asphaltic road reconstructed by ThinkLab Group, linking Rafin Guza through Hayin Na’iya, Malali Gabas to Kukumaki, and connecting to the ongoing road construction at the Kaduna State University KASU, permanent site.
Speaking at the event, the Governor expressed delight at the completion of the project, highlighting his administration’s focus on infrastructure as a tool for development and poverty reduction. “In the last two years, we have embarked on the construction of 79 roads covering 780km across the state’s three senatorial districts,” he stated.
He commended ThinkLab Group’s engineers and contractors for their professionalism, noting that the road will enhance transportation, security, and social integration.
Group Chief Executive Officer of ThinkLab Group, Dr. Sai’d Alkali Kori, thanked the Kaduna State Government for the opportunity to serve. “We’re grateful for the trust placed in us. Our team remains committed to maintaining high standards and delivering impactful infrastructure for the people,” he said, also appreciating the hard work of his team.
The project was widely praised by community members who described it as a welcome development.
