Today, we stand at the pinnacle of achievement, gazing out at a landscape of unparalleled success. As we celebrate the culmination of another remarkable year, I am honored to share with you the extraordinary milestones that have propelled Thinklab Group Limited to unprecedented heights.
To our esteemed stakeholders and clients, I extend my sincerest gratitude for your unwavering trust and confidence in us. Your partnership has been instrumental in our success, and we are committed to continuing to deliver exceptional value and service to you.
Our achievements in 2024 have been nothing short of phenomenal. We secured the license for Fulus Capital Limited, our finance house, to operate as a fund manager and private equity firm. Our construction portfolio expanded exponentially from 50 billion naira to over 300 billion naira, encompassing a wide range of projects including highway roads, bridges, schools, trailer parks, markets, and cities.
We also significantly enhanced our construction capacity, acquiring over 300 construction machineries and equipment, which has enabled us to deliver quality projects timely and efficiently. Furthermore, we recruited over 70 highly qualified professionals, including expatriates, to handle our various projects, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality.
In addition to our core construction business, we diversified our operations to include agriculture, energy, and healthcare services. We also mobilized capital to the tune of 500 billion naira for our clients from development finance institutions, supporting developmental projects across the nation.
Our social impact and corporate social responsibility initiatives have been equally impressive, creating over 48,000 jobs, supporting over 10,000 final year secondary school students, renovating schools, and providing relief materials to communities affected by disasters.
Our project implementation structure has been instrumental in our success. I want to extend special thanks to our Regional Project Directors, who oversee our various Project Management Offices (PMOs). Our Project Managers, who are responsible for the day-to-day management of our projects, have done an outstanding job. Our Quality Control sections, comprising qualified teams of engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and other professionals, have ensured that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.
To our workers, including our formen, carpenters, iron benders, laborers, electricians, plumbers, and others, I want to express my deepest appreciation for your hard work and dedication. Your efforts have been the backbone of our success.
To our incredible staff, I extend my deepest gratitude for your tireless efforts, dedication, and commitment to excellence. Your hard work, expertise, and passion have been the driving force behind our success, and I am honored to work alongside each and every one of you.
From our project sites to our offices, your contributions have been invaluable, and I am grateful for your constant commitment to delivering exceptional results. Thank you for being an integral part of the Thinklab Group Limited family – I am proud to call you my colleagues and friends.
