Reporting Line: Group Head of Legal

We are committed to efficient property management and legal compliance in all our projects and are seeking a Legal & Property Manager to oversee our real estate operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage property acquisitions, leases, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations in property management.
• Oversee legal due diligence and risk assessment in property transactions.
• Handle disputes related to property and tenancy agreements.
• Provide legal support on land acquisition and estate development.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in legal and property management.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian real estate laws and regulations.
• Experience in contract negotiation and property dispute resolution.
• Professional certification in law or real estate is an added advantage.

Skills Needed:

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent contract drafting and legal research abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple property portfolios.
