Responsibilities:
- Supervise the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure optimal performance of HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct inspections and assessments to maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to integrate building services into construction projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve building system failures efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
- Strong expertise in building services, including HVAC and electrical systems.
- Experience in both design and site supervision roles.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Professional certification in building services engineering is an advantage.
