Thinklab Group Limited, a leading conglomerate with a strong presence in innovation, hi-tech projects, infrastructure development, and finance, has donated N3 million to the Yobe State Government to support the relief efforts for victims of the recent flooding in the state.
The donation was presented by Dr. Abba Damuna, Project Director of Thinklab Group Limited, alongside Engr. Usman Hamidu, Head of Quality Control, and other team members, to Dr. Mohammed Jalo, Director of Operations, Yobe State Emergency Agency (SEMA).
Dr. Jalo expressed his gratitude to Thinklab Group Limited for the generous donation, commending the company’s cordial partnership with the state government. He emphasized that Thinklab Group is truly a stakeholder in Yobe State, and their contribution will go a long way in alleviating the suffering of the affected communities.
The donation is a testament to Thinklab Group Limited’s commitment to supporting those in need, as expressed in a letter dated August 26, 2024, to the Executive Secretary, Yobe State Emergency Agency (SEMA). The letter highlighted the company’s deepest sympathy and concern for the victims of the recent flooding and commended the excellent response and efforts of the Yobe State Government under the leadership of His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Yobe State, Hon. Mai Mala Buni.
