
In a historic stride toward redefining Abuja’s skyline, Thinklab Group Limited and NMA Properties Management Limited, acting on behalf of the Abuja National Mosque Management Board, have officially signed a Joint Venture Agreement for the development of the Abuja Marina Towers—a premium mixed-use project set to transform the heart of the capital.
The signing ceremony took place at the National Mosque Conference Room and was witnessed by top representatives from both parties and stakeholders of the landmark initiative.
The Abuja Marina Towers, situated at Plot 99, Cadastral Zone A0, along Samuel Ademulegun Avenue, Central Business District, will comprise 10 towers of 8 storeys each, strategically backing a serene river stream and flanked by the Abuja National Mosque and the Abuja InterContinental Hotel. The development is expected to deliver modern, functional spaces with a blend of architectural elegance and spiritual consciousness.
Speaking at the event, Dr. Sa’id Alkali Kori, Chairman of Thinklab Group Limited, hailed the project as a “great milestone” and a “call to duty,” reaffirming Thinklab’s commitment to delivering the project with world-class quality, innovation, and respect for Islamic values.
He expressed deep appreciation to the National Mosque Committee for their trust and collaboration.
Representing the Abuja National Mosque Management Board was Ustaz Abubakar Sadeeq Muhammad, who signed on behalf of His Royal Highness, the Etsu Nupe, Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Islamic Affairs. In his remarks, he applauded Thinklab Group’s professionalism and attention to quality, particularly its commitment to delivering a project that aligns with Islamic ethics and aesthetics. Other key officials from the National Mosque Management Board present at the signing included: Architect Umaru Usman Karaye, Chairman of the Technical Committee, Engineer Jafaru Muhammad, mni, Imam Haruna Muhammad Eze, Mallam Umaru A. Jafaru, Mallam Ismail A. Shehu, Attahiru Abdulmalik Uche among others.
