Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company’s compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement compliance policies.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.
• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with relevant authorities and legal entities.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in legal compliance or regulatory affairs.
• Expertise in corporate law, compliance, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Professional certification in law or compliance is an added advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive and proactive strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret, prepare and apply complex legal documents.
