Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Participate in procurement and contract administration processes.
• Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient cost management and control across projects.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a similar organization.
• Extensive experience in MEP, Buildings, Infrastructure BEME.
• Proven experience in both office and site operations as the role requires a fusion of both.
• Strong knowledge of contract management for both Nigerian and international organizations.
• Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open to travel as the job role requires occasional travel.
