The retreat sessions were followed by a site visit, led by Group Chief Executive Officer, Arc. Sa’id Alkali Kori PhD. This strategic tour included an inspection and introduction to the site and office staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
On November 3, 2024, the team, led by the Group CEO, convened at Sir Ahmadu Bello’s Conference Hall in Arewa House, Kaduna, for a recap meeting. This session reinforced key takeaways from the retreat and aligned the team towards the company’s vision.
Subsequently, the team embarked on a historical tour of Sir Ahmadu Bello’s residence, exploring its cultural significance. The tour continued at Rafin Guza Kaduna, where ongoing projects were inspected, providing valuable insights into the company’s operations.
The 2024 Thinklab Group Strategy Retreat culminated in a reception featuring refreshments and barbecue, celebrating the program’s successful completion. This retreat marked a significant milestone in Thinklab Group’s journey towards achieving its strategic objectives.
